About This Little Rock Housing Authority
Low income residents can receive housing assistance from Little Rock Housing Authority through Public Housing Apartments, mixed finance sites, and Housing Choice Vouchers, which was formerly known as Section 8. There are 837 apartments available in five communities throughout City Center for eligible low-income families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. HUD sets the eligibility requirements for these programs. It is possible that there may be a waiting list for these programs and rentals. If you live in the area and require assistance, please contact the Housing Authority directly for more information about the programs, eligibility requirements, availability of assistance, and application procedures. Their office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM.
