We offer affordable housing to those who meet specific income requirements through a Federal Program. Our business adheres to the Federal Fair Housing Act and we do not discriminate based on protected classes. Applications for apartment reservations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis and require a completed application with a holding fee and application fee. Wildewood Place Apartment Homes provide Equal Opportunity Housing and have a maximum of two people allowed per bedroom. To qualify for our apartments, applicants must meet specific criteria. Rental history must be positive and reflect timely payments, and any evictions within the past five years will automatically reject the application. Chronic late payments, NSF checks, or lease violations will also be considered in the approval process. Applicants must have verifiable current income/employment and demonstrate financial capacity to meet lease obligations. Credit history must reflect positive payment history, and any outstanding debts to previous landlords or utility companies must be satisfied prior to applying for an apartment. Lack of credit history will also be considered. Our rental rates for The Spruce, a three-bedroom garden style apartment with two full baths and approximately 1,193 sq. ft, is $650.00. To tour our community, a current/valid picture ID is required. The maximum income limit chart is provided to assist applicants in deciding if they may qualify before paying the non-refundable application fee. The security deposit is decided by the credit score determination.
