About This Maple Tree Apartments
We offer one, two, and three bedroom apartments at an affordable rate. Our complex accepts Section 8 vouchers and rent is based on 30% of your income. Please note that application fees apply and background checks are required. Additionally, a minimum lease of one year is required.
As of 7/15/2020, our application fees are as follows:
- $27.00 for married couples
- $27.00 for married couples with children 18 and over, plus $17.00 for each child
- $17.00 for individuals over 18
- $17.00 each for non-married couples.
Enjoy various amenities such as off-street parking, cable readiness, PTAC and central cooling and heating, a playground, and patio/unfenced backyard. Utilities such as water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. We also take care of snow removal, maintenance, and mowing.
Our apartments feature carpet and vinyl flooring, an electric stove, and entry from outside. Please note that our apartments are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
