A new apartment complex with 56 townhouse-style units is now available in west Mobile. This complex is offering affordable housing for income-eligible residents. The apartments come in three sizes: one-bedroom, 700-square-foot apartments cost $464 a month; two-bedroom, 900-square-foot apartments cost $523 a month; and three-bedroom, 1,200-square-foot apartments cost $580 a month. However, rental prices are subject to change, so please call to confirm the current rates. The complex offers numerous amenities, including a playground, energy-efficient doors and windows, a fully equipped kitchen, wood laminate flooring, a gazebo, a picnic and grill area, a clubhouse, and a fitness/health center.
