A new community for seniors offers a variety of features, including full-size washer and dryer in each apartment, refrigerators with icemakers, self-cleaning ovens, built-in microwaves, dishwashers, and disposals. The bedrooms are spacious and there is exceptional closet space. Ceiling fans are provided in both the living room and bedrooms. The community also boasts a fitness area, computer center, library, picnic area, and a spacious lounge. An elevator is available for easy access. Pets are welcome and 24-hour maintenance is provided. A 12-month lease is required and water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. Housing vouchers are accepted, but income limits and guidelines apply. The community is eligible for tax credits. The office is open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 6PM.
