About This Housing Authority of the City of Yuma
Residents of the Yuma area who meet eligibility requirements may receive housing assistance from The Housing Authority of the City of Yuma. The Authority manages programs such as Public Housing, Tax Credit Housing, and Housing Choice Vouchers - Section 8. Eligibility requirements for these programs are determined by HUD. The Authority currently manages over 30 properties with approximately 250 Public Housing Apartments, but there may be a waiting list for these programs and rentals. To learn more about eligibility requirements, availability of assistance, and application procedures, please contact the Housing Authority directly. The office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM and closed on the last Friday of each month.
