Bremen Village has a smaller building on-site that includes the rental office, a spacious Community Room, and a convenient coin-operated laundry facility. The Community Room is available for residents to use for parties, showers, and meetings. We offer 32 one-bedroom/one bath units with 650 square feet and 16 two-bedroom/one bath units with 840 square feet. This apartment accepts HUD subsidies, and if you qualify for low-income housing and available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
