The Lutheran Community is a three-story apartment complex in Lawrenceburg, IN, catering to seniors aged 62 and above and those with mobility impairments who have low incomes. The community comprises 40 studio and one-bedroom apartments that are rented out according to the Department of Housing and Urban Development's income level, age, and disability guidelines. Eligible tenants pay only 30% of their adjusted gross income to cover rent and select utilities, with all utilities included except for cable TV, internet, and phone. The Lutheran Community offers well-maintained apartments with appliances and carpeting, along with handicap accessible entryways, common areas for social, recreational, and craft activities, on-site coin-operated laundry services, and attractive grounds in a residential neighborhood.
