Compass Affordable Housing offers housing assistance and referrals to the wider community. At every housing community managed by CAH, there is a tailor-made tenant services program to support the residents and help them maintain their housing and meet their daily requirements, regardless of their income. Individualized support services are provided to tenants to help them access the services they require. CAH collaborates with several community organizations and educational institutions to provide case management services and housing referrals, such as the Working Poor Mothers of Minors (MOMs) program.

addressed concerns of distressed properties and blighted superblocks with revitalization and funding
