About This Prophet Manor

Prophet Manor Apartments offers affordable senior housing that is income-based and subsidized. Our residents enjoy a relaxed, homelike atmosphere with caring neighbors and staff members who provide companionship. Our apartments are designed to cater to seniors aged 62 and above, as well as disabled individuals aged 18 and above. Each apartment comes furnished with essential appliances such as a stove, refrigerator, air conditioner, carpeting, tile and window coverings. Residents enjoy paid utilities except for telephone and cable, and free wifi is available. We offer Section 202/8 low-income housing, and our building has a total of 22 units, comprising of 1-bedroom apartments and studio efficiencies. Our manager is available on-site on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the afternoon, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the morning, or by appointment. We also have a community room on-site for residents to socialize and interact with each other. Our smoke-free buildings provide residents with private apartments furnished with their own belongings. They can also enjoy the company of friends and neighbors who are close by. We allow pets in our apartments, with a limit of one per unit and a size limit on dogs. Cats must be declawed. We provide off-street parking and pay laundry facilities on-site. Prophet Manor Apartments accept HUD subsidies.
