AVCP RHA offers rental properties in various villages and towns including Bethel, Tuntutuliak, Aniak, Kipnuk, Napakiak, Hooper Bay, Chevak, Alakanuk, Kotlik, Toksook Bay, St. Mary's, and Scammon Bay. The low rental programs include the Bethel Low Rent Apartments, Ayalpik Apartments, Lulu Heron Living Apartments, and Villages Triplexes. The Bethel Low Rent program provides 2, 3, or 4 bedroom apartments to low income families with month-to-month occupancy and payments based on 30% of their annual adjusted gross income. Ayalpik Apartments offer low income housing to seniors or handicapped/disabled individuals with 23 1-bedroom units and payments based on 30% of their annual adjusted gross income. Lulu Heron Living Apartments provide 15 1-bedroom units for low income seniors or handicapped/disabled individuals with payments based on 30% of their annual adjusted gross income. The Villages Triplexes are located in various villages and towns with 3 units each, including 1 unit with 4 bedrooms and 2 units with 3 bedrooms. Lastly, the Low Income Housing Tax Credit offers a 19 unit apartment complex in Hooper Bay with 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom units.
