About This College Square Apartments
College Square is a garden style apartment complex located in Fort Valley, Georgia. It consists of 61 units that are only half a mile away from Fort Valley State University and one mile away from downtown Fort Valley. All units come with Section 8 rental assistance, but income limits are applicable. Rent rates start at $520 for a 1-bedroom apartment, $630 for a 2-bedroom apartment, and $750 for a 3-bedroom apartment.
The complex features several site amenities, including a gated community, on-site manager and maintenance, a community center with a fitness center, computer center, library, laundry, social gathering space, and a children's activity center. Additionally, there is a covered pavilion, mail kiosk, and equipped playground for residents to enjoy.
Each unit is equipped with a microwave, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer hookups, ceiling fans, and central heating and air. College Square also accepts HUD subsidies, and if you qualify for low-income housing and there are available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
