About This Ava Park Apartments
At Ava Park Apartments, you can find comfortable and affordable apartment homes with one, two, or three bedrooms. Your rent will be determined based on your household's combined adjusted income and will never exceed 30% of that amount. Please note that a waiting list may be in place and full financial disclosure is mandatory. Additionally, there are maximum income guidelines that must be met. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. We offer one bedroom apartments at one location, two bedroom apartments at another, and three bedroom apartments at a third location.
