At Blossom Hill Apartments, we provide affordable housing options in the form of one, two, and three bedroom apartments. To qualify for our apartments, there are maximum income guidelines that apply. We also accept Housing Choice Vouchers for apartments without HUD rental assistance. For a limited number of apartments, we calculate the rent exclusively based on 30% of the combined adjusted income of the household. However, please note that a waiting list may apply. We require full financial disclosure from applicants. Our office hours are from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
We offer one bedroom apartments at our location, two bedroom apartments at another location, and three bedroom apartments at a third location.
