Baltic Park is a rental community exclusively for individuals aged 55 and above, featuring a secure gated entrance and on-site management and maintenance services. Residents can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities like shuffleboard and picnicking in the designated areas. Additionally, the community has a lush community garden and a sprinkler system to help keep everything looking lovely. The community center offers a host of amenities such as a fitness center, computer center, activity room, laundry facility, and library. All units are handicap accessible and adaptable, with 1-bedroom units available at $445 and 2-bedroom ones at $510. The site includes 58 1-BR units spanning 850sq ft and 22 2-BR units, each with 1,050sq ft of living space. Each unit features carpeting, central heating and air conditioning, a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, and washer/dryer hookups, as well as mini-blinds, spacious closets, and ceiling fans. Rental rates are subject to change, and income limits apply, with capped rates at 60% AMI. For families in need, Section 8 Project-Based rental assistance is available, and local social service agencies and organizations provide additional social services to Baltic Park residents.
