Majestic Gardens offers affordable one, two and three bedroom apartment homes.Maximum income guidelines apply on all apartment homes and Housing Choice Vouchers are accepted on apartment homes without HUD rental assistance. Few apartments are available with rent calculated exclusively to 30% of the households combined adjusted income. A waiting list may apply. Full financial disclosure is required.
